ALongDeng usually won't banned you from using your credit card, if you have met this kind of circumstance, please contact us within 24 hours.

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

1.The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

2.You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

3.You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

2. ORDERS

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not yet been picked by our warehouse team email us within 12 hours of placing your order, you can change or cancel your order for a full refund. If your item has already been picked by our warehouse you can simply refuse to accept it when it arrives & it will be sent back to us. There will be a fee to return it back to us (charged by our couriers). If you received the order and want to return to us, you can enjoy the to 30 Days Money-back Guarantee policy to return it to us and we will refund you after we check the conditions of the product, usually the refund will take 3-5 business days. 

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT ON DELIVERY?

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

If you have a discount coupon, when you go to “check out” page, you may find an option where you need to input the number, that’s how you use it.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, we accept wholesale orders, and you can pick them up at our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. You can pay via Paypal, credit card, bank transfer for wholesale orders. 

 

3. SHIPPING

WHERE DOES THE ITEM SHIP FROM?

We have Los Angeles and Canada warehouse so that we can ship your goods via shipment management system to make sure you will get the fast delivery.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED?

We do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and you should expect your delivery within 3-5 working days from the date it was placed if you live in the USA and Canada. The time to deliver to the Europe may take 5-7 working days from the date it was placed.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has been fulfilled within our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a weblink to follow the entire process of your order. If you have not received the email, you can search to see whether it is in the span box.

4. Customer Service

HOW CAN I RETURN THE ITEM AFTER I RECEIVED?
We allow 30 Days Money-back Guarantee from the date you receive the product.

Email us at support@alongdeng.com if you want to return your item and post the item back to us.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Alongdeng reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LATE OR EVEN LOST?

If your item does not arrive within the specified time, please email us at support@alongdeng.com, and we will carry out an investigation with our courier to find out exactly where your parcel is. We will try our best to solve your problem, if it is our fault, we’ll send you a new item or refund to you. For reasons out of our control, please come to Terms & Conditions to find solutions.
