Return & Refund Policy

ALongDeng prioritize each customer's satisfaction, and you have no need to worry if you change your mind or face any problems after you place the order or receive the product, We have different contact channels and return & refund policy to make sure that you will be happy with the product, and return it if you are not happy with the product. 

12 Hours' Free of Cancellation

When you place an order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification, it is free of charge and we won't deliver your order.


30 Days' Money-back Guarantee


Please check the quality of the items when they arrive and contact us immediately if you have any concerns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, you can inform us with photos or a video, then send to support@alongdeng.com, you can either ask for refund or exchange, if you ask for refund, the price of the product shall be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivery. For non product faulty refund, you have to pay the cost of delivery. 


12 Months' Warranty

We offer a 12 months warranty, from the date of delivery. This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, no new replacement. For any warranty claims, you will need to include high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect.

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please read carefully about our Return and Refund Policy before make an order:

 

If you want to return the product(s) after receiving your order, please contact us at support@alongdeng.com, and ship the product(s) back to us. Once we have received the product(s) in the original condition, we will send you a refund to your original payment method.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us the request together with a photo or video of the product to: support@alongdeng.com

Shipping cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Conditions that you can't cancel the order

(1) If you inform us after the order is shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

(2) If you inform us that the product(s) you receive is (are) defective or damaged, but refuse to take a photo or video of the defective product(s), you can't apply for a refund.
