Shipping Fee

It depends on the estimated delivery speeds, weight, and distance, the shipping cost is calculated automatically on the checkout page.

Currently, we offer free shipping in the USA and Canada. 

Handling Time

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time

Most online orders may take up to 1-2 business days (excluding weekends) to process before shipping from our warehouse.

Shipping Time

It usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery to your place in the USA and Canada. 

PS: 1. Currently, we are not able to ship products to below areas in the USA: 
Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces
If you locate in one of these areas, please contact our customer service before placing the order. 

2. Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing manufacturer, distribution delays, or government restrictions which may takes longer, ALongDeng takes no responsibility for such delays which are out of our control. 

Dispatched

You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at support@alongdeng.com, and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.

Tracking

When you receive your dispatched email, the tracking number will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at support@alongdeng.com for an update on your tracking. It always takes 1 to 3 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. For more shipping information, please contact us via email or in the ‘Contact Us’, we will usually get back to you within 24 hours.
