Pay With PayPal

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit Card or Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

ALongDeng support payment via Visa/Master/JCB/AMEX, please note that ALongDeng does not collect your credit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

RESOLVING PAYMENT ERRORS

I failed to pay with PayPal?

1: Based on experience, PayPal may have the transaction limit. Please check this with PayPal.

2: According to PayPal rules, the shipping address and the billing address need to be in the same country, otherwise the payment will not be allowed.
If so, please fill in the shipping address the same as the billing address when you place the order and email support@alongdeng.com to tell us the correct shipping address. We will change this for you.

3: If the above is not working, we highly suggest trying with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express).

II failed to pay with my Credit Card?

1: Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.

2: Make sure you have enough credit or account balance.

3: Check whether your card authorized or default online transaction limit is too low.

4: Try refreshing the page, or logging completely out and then logging back in.

5: Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.

6: If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank.
As default in all Credit Card banks, part of their security, they block international transactions/payment. Unless the cardholder will request to unblock their secured method.

7: Try using a different card.

8: You can also pay through PayPal with your Credit or debit card as "a guest" it is very safe and easy

9: Try using PayPal if you have a PayPal account.
