Warranty Policy

7 Days' Free of Return

Please check the quality of the items when they arrive and contact us immediately if you have any concerns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If the item works well but you want to return it due to subjective reasons, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.

If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, you must inform us using photos or a video, then send it to support@alongdeng.com, the price of the product shall be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivery.

30 Days' Guarantee

The 30 Days guarantee for any failures or defects that occur through normal use, replace with a new one, no refund. For any claims, you will need to include high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect.

12 Months' Warranty

We offer a 12 monthly warranty, from the date of delivery. This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, no new replacement. For any warranty claims, you will need to include high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect.

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

What is covered by this warranty? 

During the warranty period, if the product or its parts are defective and the lamps are not working, ALongDeng keeps the right to replace the product at no charge with a new product. Product or part replaced have to be sent to ALongDeng's warehouse (please contact us to get the warehouse address), our technician will check and investigate the issue, if the issue is because of product defects, we will send you a new product with no charge (shipping fee may apply). 

What isn’t covered by the warranty?

- Purchases made over 12 months

- Non-quality-related issues

- Lost or stolen products

When does the warranty begin?

It begins the day you place your order.

For any Warranty claims, you will need to include high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect.

To determine the start date of the warranty period, it is necessary to provide the sales receipt or other reasonable written proofs of payment.

ALongDeng reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party, to modify, suspend or terminate this warranty.

What is the Warranty Extension policy? 
We provide additional 12 months warranty extension for customers who register with us. So, if you make an order from us and want to have a 24 months' warranty, please register now.
